Nicely designed and build apartments, Maintenance inside the apartment is good. Part of Grove which is very well maintained and landscaped. Overall a very nice place to live in. One of the main drawbacks is lack of management response to complaints or emails. I had complained about residents letting their dog poop not be picked regularly causing a lot of house flies to zoom into the house every time we open the patio doors. Please read this review before moving in to this apartment complex: First, I had a serious issue with the water meter that maintenance was unable to detect or fix for a long time. My base rent is $1350, but for two months I ended up paying between $1700 and $1850 because of extremely high water charges. I even suggested that the issue might be related to the toilet constantly draining, which seemed to be the problem. I had a confirmed tour appointment but arrived to a locked door. A resident let us inside, yet no staff showed up even after 30 minutes. Despite multiple reminder messages beforehand, no one answered our calls. Extremely disappointing and a poor reflection of basic professionalism. Taking out time from our weekend shouldn't result in a locked door and no responses. Would give 0 stars if possible
I have called the office twice now about building 4&5 vehicle gate making super loud noises when opening, but they don’t have a care in the world. Living right next to that gate means that i cannot sleep as it keeps opening and closing, and having to hear its loud screeching noises throughout the day. The halls and stairs are insanely disgusting.
