Nasty unclean environment. The manager is also extremely rude I don’t recommend this area at all. Everyone smokes in their apartments as well.
The biggest blessing I received during my 2.5 years living in Texas was the end of my lease at Jade in Frisco. It wasn't always like this. When I first moved in (2023), the property was relatively new. It was exciting. Cool coffee machine. Friendly neighbors. I was the first to live in my particular apartment. I first want to preface this by saying that this apartment complex was pretty new when I first moved in and I loved it! However, after a little over 2 years of living here I NOW feel like I’m living in a nightmare! I have never lived somewhere where all day every day there are dogs barking. Unfortunately for me, I do work from home (and no I do not expect complete silence all day living in an apartment complex but come on), and there is constantly dogs barking DAY AND NIGHT (yes even during quiet hours). Recently I went on a tour, she was very informative and very polite and professional. The rest of the leasing office was very cordial and friendly.
(Update below)WARNING as of 10/27/2025, this apartment complex has a cockroach infestation on buildings 2, 4, 6 through 9.. and that's all I was able to see on THEIR log. UPDATE 11/7/2025 - Joseph Esparza, Regional Manager took the time to talk to us like humans and credited us back the $100 fee the Karen tried to impose on us.
