We leased a 3-bedroom unit in Building 1 before the property changed ownership and management. In my experience, the maintenance team remained just as efficient after the transitioning, which I truly appreciated. Like any place, living here had its pros and cons. WARNING: This property is a health hazard. Ants infest the units, hallways reek of trash, and the stairwells are coated in dirt, dog feces, rotting food, and a stench you can smell before you even step inside. Rats roam the downstairs — I’ve even had them show up in my food deliveries. The neighbors are selfish, and abandoned cars clog the parking lot, including the closest spots to the building. When we first moved in we had a great experience with the people that were there before it became “Jade at the Frisco” now us moving into a new unit into building 1 was the worst experience. We received our keys on August 1st but were told we couldn’t move in after after 3pm since the cleaning crew would be there. The cleaning crew should have came out days before move in, not the SAME DAY. My wife moved in maybe 4 boxes and once I came home close to 6 it had a HORRENDOUS smell of CURRY. I love living here; the location is perfect, but what really makes the difference is the upkeep of the property. I want to give a shout-out to the young housekeeper. He's, without a doubt, one of the hardest-working people I've ever seen in this type of property.
