My move-in experience has unfortunately not been as smooth as expected, particularly with the entry key. I made several attempts to reach out before moving in but did not receive a response. Upon arrival, the key provided wasn’t working. Thankfully, I arrived during business hours, or I would have been left stranded outside with my family. Just toured here and was very impressed with everything I saw. State of the art facility that is built for the modern living experience. Our leasing agent, Lauren, was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Pricing is extremely competitive. I would recommend this apartment.
Chris, Malissa, and Lauren were amazing! The unit was the perfect size. Lauren was very kind on the tour. I highly recommend these apartments.
I've been frustrated trying to contact the leasing office. I've called multiple times with no answer and sent an email over a week ago, but still haven't received a response. If I could give 0 stars, I would. It seems like the only way to get a response is by leaving negative feedback. Please improve communication and responsiveness.
Melissa greeted me warmly and was both friendly and helpful. She walked me through all the details and patiently answered all my questions.Even helped when signing my lease I had technical difficulties. She strategically walked me through them. By far. The most honest, caring leading agent my brother and I have ever encountered.
