On Sunday our puppy, who just had been spayed on Thursday, was unfortunately bit on the face by another dog. We arrived, after calling ahead, about a wound under her chin that was open and consistently bleeding. We showed up and I cannot state how horrible our experience was. Not just for us, but for our dog that was scared as well. We have had an instance where something happened with our other dog and at St Matt’s they put us in our own room and they were excellent.
