Poor first impression The first person to greet us on our initial visit seemed frazzled and rude. However, the next receptionists was friendly. My biggest complaint was they made me schedule two visits on seperate days for my 3 and 5 year old to be seen. The checkup for my son ended up being nearly two and a half hours long, and I will have to repeat it again tomorrow for my daughter. Don't Take Your Child There!!! I was young when I had my first child and made the mistake of taking him here. It was a nightmare. We first started going there when the office first opened and it got worse by the month. It is extremely crowed. They over schedule every appointment. I've waited 2 hours to been seen. I was young and did not want to change doctors because my son had speech problems. He diagnosed my son wrong once and that was the end of it. BEST DOCTOR I went to Dr. Mann when I was first born to the max age. I Love him. He was a wonderful doctor. He makes you feel welcome. I was never scared to go to him like most kids are scared to go to Dr.
Great Pediatrician! Dr. Mann is a great pediatrician. My children absolutely love him. My oldest daughter has asthma and he has always been very good with her. I would recommend him to any parent.
Mann Larry D Md He is one of the owner of the Jeffers Mann & Artman Pediatric. He examined our daughter once. I think, he is more serious physician I have ever seen in JMA Pediatric. It doesn't mean, he is not good. He is one of the best physician in there.
Our favorite peds office! We have been to three of the four JMA locations and Cary is my favorite! The nurses are super nice as are the doctors! They are also very helpful when I call the nurses line with questions or to refill a prescription. The doctors are all great too!
Good with sick kids We've seen Dr. Mann several times when our kids were sick. It's always harder to deal with a sick kid (okay, especially mine) and he's always patient and gentle. The office is great and the kids like going. We love the waiting room. And we never have a problem getting an appointment right away if one of the kids is sick.
We walked out... We had a horrible experience here. Our son has autism and has a very difficult time with small, crowded rooms. When I called to make the appointment, I expressed this concern and asked to come in during the slowest time. They said they completely understood and scheduled us for the morning. When we got there it was empty, but after waiting 45 minutes, the small waiting room was packed. There were no seats left and many parents were sitting on the floor.
