I hired this company to complete my 2016 business taxes as this was my first year in business and I wanted my taxes done right. I submitted all required documentation by the end of January and did not receive a phone call that my taxes were completed until 5 days before the tax deadline in April. I was never granted the opportunity to review my taxes prior to submission as promised. I was only informed of the amount I owed and how to make payments.
