We had a dreadful experience of poor customer service. We reserved a car via Autotrader on Thursday, I spoke with Karl on Friday, and confirmed we would come down on Saturday, we were coming a distance, a 4 hour drive each way, so hoped to be there for 14.00 hrs. We arrived at 14.30, to be told by Karl the car had been withdrawn it had been a Sale or Return car (SOR) and sold by the owner on another platform, saying Autotrader often did this, he had no control. Brought a discovery sport back in June, thought I’d wait a while before leaving a review, car has been brilliant, no problems. Karl helped us sort everything out, wasn’t pushy or trying to rush us into a decision. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a decent car, with good sales people who don’t try to push you above your budget. Appreciate your help, Kim and Brad
I come across this garage on Autotrader i dealt with Cole and he very helpful they stay open a bit later as I was over hour drive away. I did buy a Vw golf and very happy. Would use this garage in the future and recommend these to my friends and family’s. They have a very good Selection of cars. I would 100% use there guys again. They have a mechanic on site and the cars are fully checked before they leave and serviced. Very professional service.
Limited cars and not what it use to be. Very good if it has the car you want but not ideal for variety
