I would stay away from this firm. Their prices are high and their basic knowledge of law is poor. Another law firm had to redo what this firm did for me. Their retainer agreement is ambiguous and their billing practices are arbitrary. Also they received $4,000,000 in PPP funds which they failed to repay. PPP was meant to keep small business from going out of business. Instead this greedy law firm claimed it!
My experience was disappointing. I was charged $800 per hour for extremely generic advice, and invoiced thousands for basic services like deed preparation—something I ultimately had done elsewhere for under $150. In my view, the billing practices were excessive and lacked transparency. I also found the use of the retainer questionable, as it seemed to be quickly depleted with minimal explanation. I would strongly encourage you to consider other options.
Crooked overpriced “attorneys” who have no clue as to what they are doing!!!
