Hello my is ****and I had an engine replaced at Jeff Wyler , all because they stated it was needed come to find out they were just trying to get money out of me. I was qouted 9000 dollars. For a brand new engine I told them no. Then they told me that they can put a used engine in there and I will get a 1 year parts and labor but what they did not tell me was the warranty was coming from the place that they bought the engine from. My husband and I went to Jeff Wyler Honda auto mall in Louisville on Monday sept 18 and We made a deal with Kay, they were going to be buying my used vehicle and I would be purchasing a vehicle from them. The next day sept 19 I was told She was on her way to pick my car up from Cincinnati. 4 hours later I get a text saying the car was sold. I called the dealership in Cincinnati which is Jeff Wyler superior and in fact the car was still available and no one could confirm that she was ever there. I purchased a Honda Civic that was advertised as HondaTrue Certified. I was offered a more comprehensive HondaTrue Plus Certified Warranty for an extra cost, which I declined. Now, I'm finding out that I have no certified warranty because it wasn't actually certified as advertised. The dealership pulled a bait and switch, leaving me with nothing.

BEWARE! CHARGED FOR A REPAIR WHICH WASN'T A POSSIBLE FIX WITHOUT CUSTOMER-REQUESTED WRITTEN ESTIMATE. Service dept opened Techline case for advice from American Honda due to inability to diagnosis. Techline mechanics advised service dept ONLY 2 EXPENSIVE FIXES were possible and listed these on my final bill. Service dept NEVER informed me of this info, instead recommended a valve adjustment ($428) which was not even a POSSIBLE fix for check engine light! They did not have good customer service. They sold a car out from underneath me that I had done a credit check for and was waiting on the managers to give me the final price numbers and they drug their feet and wouldnt answer phone calls or texts from me and when they did answer, my sales man would either hang up on me or just keep me on call waiting and never answer only to find out they sold the car. Huge waste of my time and effort. I would never recommend.
