I had booked my appointment online. I even called to confirm that it was set. My wife brought our van there for a misfire and our first free oil change at the appointment time. She was told they couldn't help her right then and we didn't have an appointment, also he could get it in that evening or the next morning. This just didn't work for us because I was on the road at work and we have four kids at home, this was a huge inconvenience for us. Awful service experience, they do not pick up the phone and when they do they give you the runaround, your car will sit for weeks before hearing anything, and the advisors and management at this store are awfully rude to everyone. Do not recommend take your service somewhere else
