Service advisors must work mainly on commission. Could not get anything looked up to see if under warranty or visually looked at (10 seconds)no questions answered at at all without a diagnostics appointment $145. spoiler was loose on my Hyundai the guy acted like it was going to kill him to walk around to the other side of my car to visually look at it. I was not sure if under warranty or not. I will continue to drive to vandalia for Hyundai service. Update: This place needs major improvement with communication.
Trash experience, won't be bringing our vehicle back here for maintenance in the future or ti purchase vehicles.
Took my car in for service on December 17 to deal with a transmission issue. I was told it would take two weeks. It’s now January 6 and I don’t have my car. No communication. No updates well only one because I called and bugged them to call me back. That was 7 days ago. So disappointed.
Awful customer service! Came in for my scheduled oil change for the first time at this location. Went thru the garage doors got out of my car, not greated by anyone. Walk up to a counter where Tasha was working and was told someone would be with me. One worker started moving cars up so I get back in mine and move my car up toward the rest of the cars then to save the old man some time. Still waiting to just drop off my car.
