I was going to give them just one star but they did take care of my original problem. My wife's car went into limp mode. After trying to fix it myself I ended up having to take it to them to fix after three other shops tried to fix it. I recently had my car serviced at Jeff Wyler in Springfield. Was impressed from the get go!! I believe it was Dave, maybe Josh signed me in and he explained it may take a lil longer due to I made my appt that morning. Offered me a ride home or to Meijers while I wait. I declined and walked right across the way to Meijers. Upon just getting back to Wyler, my car was just finished. Perfect timing!! I stopped at the jeep service dept because someone messed up my hood latches and I couldn't make it home. I spoke with Logan about my problem and he took care of the problem with no charge. Logan was very professional and actually cared about the situation.
