Worst dealership i have ever dealt with. Bought a vehicle there 5 years ago and had nothing but issues with Coughling Chrysler Jeep Marysville. Will not do business there again. They look you in the eye and tell you one thing then do the exact opposite then act like nothing is wrong. Some of the staff is really good people but the dealership as a whole is terrible
I purchased a vehicle here and my experience wasn’t all that great. I declined their vehicle tracking system and they still put stickers for it all over my vehicle and refused to remove them. Then, about 6 months after purchase, I started having lots of issues with the vehicle. The entire engine and other components had to be replaced on this vehicle at 54,000 miles. I’ve been without it for almost 2 months waiting on parts and everything else. I would never purchase another vehicle from Jeff Wyler.
I want to recognize Zoey and her excellent customer service. My 2025 Jeep GCSR was recently at the dealership with air suspension alerts.Due to a back order on the part, they had my jeep for a couple of weeks. Jeep was originally saying that it would be a month before the part would be in but Zoey and her team made things happen faster.
