Do NOT EVER buy a Ram! I’ve had electrical issues since I bought my 2025 Ram here 17 months ago and neither the dealership, nor Ram will fix it or make it right. I can’t tow a trailer because of warnings and am told Ram engineers haven’t designed a repair to fix it. I’ve also replaced every sensor and wiring harness on the fuel system and the rear lighting system. Now my stereo is constantly flashing for no reason. I paid extremely good money for diagnostic, to find out that all the issues that were noted in billing was false, I tried to talk to service writer, would not allow me to ask questions ti tech, I was rudely informed, it not there job to explain there reasoning, butch, ott 94 cadillac xlr, not very professional response, being a retired 45 yr diesel mechanic, I am not stupid,all I wanted was an understatement
Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4Xe to Jeff Wyler Springfield this morning. They were able to explain everything to me and made me feel comfortable while the technician performed the software update and test drive on the 69C recall. Zoe, the service coordinator kept me informed of the status and the technician provided me with a video. I'm quite impressed with this service department and degree of professionalism. Good news! My JGC 4Xe passed with flying colors. Now able to enjoy my 4xe and all of its benefits. Thank you!!!
