It's shops like this that give the whole auto service industry the reputation of taking advantage of people, especially women. My high pressure fuel pump is bad in my 2023 Equinox. I had a personal mechanic run diagnostics. I called the dealership to talk about the recall on the 2021-22 models and asked if they were aware of common problems with it. My truck broke down in Sturgis, South Dakota while on vacation, and the Chevy dealer there was able to get my DEF system functioning again long enough for me to get home. On my way back, the DEF system acted up again. I dropped my truck off at Wyler in Springfield, and they told me they'd get it right before calling me. Bobby and team are excellent. I used to take my truck to SVG in Urbana but now I exclusively go to Jeff Wyler Springfield. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what needed to be done in clear terms, and worked efficiently. Bobby also went above and beyond to make sure I got a replacement vehicle while I had to wait on a part. I highly recommend.
