Dropped my car off Friday morning for an oil change, broken door handle, and clogged drain hose. Three full business days later, absolutely nothing had been done. No updates unless I chased them, and when I went in person, I was told maybe I’d hear something by Tuesday. Instead, I took my keys and my business elsewhere. Jeff Wyler Nissan clearly doesn’t value customers or their time.
Friendly staff, did not have to wait long comfortable lounge.
