It took some convincing that the battery for our Leaf was covered by the warranty. However, once confirmed Benjamin handled everything. Provided a loaner car while they waited for the new battery to come in, time delay not something they could control. Though did come in much faster than expected.
THE COSTUMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING FROM START TO FINISH GREEDED WITH A SMILE FROM STAFF A VIDEO WITH THE SERVICE DONE ON VEHICLE I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE VIDEO IT WAS AWSOME THANK YOU JEFF WYLER NISSAN 😊
This is the only Nissan location that I will come to. The service advisors are very knowledgeable and pleasant. They always get me in and out very quickly.
