Good service
Fishy feeling. Called about a small nuisance on my 1-year-old car to see if there were recalls or updates on the issue. They said “no but bring it in we’ll take a look. And its still under warranty.” I get there, immediately starts looking at tire treads, setting up an oil change and tire rotation (not due for either). Maybe it was just good service but certainly felt like I was being sold because he didn’t check the appt notes, ask why I was there, or even bring up the main issue. I just moved to Cincinnati from Orlando, FL. I did not know what to expect with obtaining service for my Murano from a new Nissan Service Center, but I was pleasantly surprised. Service was quick and I was given recommendations for the next service my Murano needs with no 'hard sell' and a video of the inspection which is extremely helpful. This is a service center that I feel I can trust and I will be scheduling more services soon at my new Nissan Service center. Great experience!
