Update as of June 16, 2026. Thank you Jeff Wyler and Michele Perry (in service department) for making this situation right. Everything was fixed and repaired to my expectations. Update as May 8, 2026. I got a call this week to take my car in to be fixed. They are making it right and sending it to the body repair shop to be repaired. Update as of May 8, 2026, I got a call this week to take my car in. They are making it right, by fixing it, and sending it to the body shop to be repaired. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Where do I start? I went with my daughter to buy a used car at the Fairfield location in August. 1. She made an appointment with a salesperson to see a specific vehicle. Although she called the afternoon before to make sure the vehicle she was interested in was still there, and was told it WAS STILL THERE, we showed up for the appointment to be told it had sold, “conveniently,” the night before. 2. Terrible service—misdiagnosed my car and won’t even own up to their mistakes.
Just bought a car from the dealership, salesmen and women are amazing and work really hard and are currently doing a final inspection after we bought the car and it’s taking forever we have been waiting for this inspection for 2 hours atp they said they would replace brakes but it’s been an hour and a half since they said that and then they went on a lunch break while we are waiting for this to be done so we can get out of here and drive our brand new car.
