Absolutely awful, was told 7-10 days for my car, they had it for 15 days. Then was told the keys would be left with the sales people since service would be gone and that never happened either. Go somewhere else for your service needs
Horrible dealership. They will try to upsell you to the most agree. I was supposed to get 400$ worth of work done on my car and they called me multiple times in the few hours of having my vehicle trying to sell me more and more stuff as well as 4 new tires and my car only has 32k miles on it. My advisor told me over the phone and in person that my tires were so bald they were illegal to drive on the road. Had a great experience getting my car serviced this morning. My service advisor was Jordan. He is professional and honest in every aspect. I got an oil change, tire rotation and alignment on my ‘26 Accord EX-L. My original intent was to buy a new car from a dealer that’s right up the street, and have them service it for as long as I keep it. I couldn’t be more pleased with my first service visit today. The text message update with a video of the tech inspecting my vehicle was also a nice touch. Thank you.

While we got in a vehicle, due to our circumstances, they applied more negative equity on the car we drove home than we were informed of so we are now stuck in it until it is further paid off.
