Trey Thompson made my visit extremely easy and simple. Made an appointment for my jeep with a few concerns and Trey and his team reassured me and went straight to work. 10/10 service they changed my oil and filter inspected my car filled the tires up all in reasonable time. I highly recommend Trey that man knows what he’s talking about and extremely professional.
Do not go to this location. Look for another dealer if you need maintenance done by the dealer. TLDR: Long service time, overcharged for a lug nut that they say was lost by another location, and they sent me off with dangerously low tire pressure. Full review: I took my wife's car in for an oil change and tire rotation that was part of the maintenance package when we got the car. Took over an hour to get done and was then told that a lug nut was missing and I would need to pay $12.99 to replace it. When I responded that the ... read more
