Spoke with Rod the Car Man about the potential to sell my car and he went above and beyond to give me over my asking price and wasn't pushy about selling me another vehicle. He is my Car Man for life!
Might possibly be the reason I need a new oil pan. The also blew me off when I wanted answers. I am 50 and had many dealership mechanics this might be the worst i have ever been treated. I also was promised a follow up and nothing, the guy who help me walk me outside handed me my keys and said have a nice day, extra not the car had two oil changes over the time I owned it both were done in colraine.
Our daughter’s car has been in for service since Wednesday 7/16/25. We began calling this am (Saturday 7/19/25) at 8am to see when her car would be available for pick up. Called multiple times today and left messages for call back from service manager with each call. No call back. They are closed tomorrow. So we wait another 2 days to get her car back. Almost 25 years going here for services and during the last 3 years the service I received has become inconsistent and sloppy. Everyone is friendly but quality has gone downhill.
UPDATE I have since spoken with the service Director and clarified terms on this incident. An upcoming repeat service appointment will hopefully resolve all outstanding issues. The service coordinator ‘fulfilled their role as was expected’ but there were misses that will be dealt with. I appreciate the commitment to make things right and clarity on the quality standards that the Director expects.
