April 2026 - no particular service issues, oil, filter, brake fluid change. Just note - even though the on-line schedule for "that day (meaning you intend to go into that day)" lags a bit. I noticed the appt system said 9:30 am - which was only 30 min from then. So, I called the "regular way" and they said "first available was like two hours later. Place is great made my first time buying a car a breeze, extremely comfortable setting and my sales person who’s name is Ryan R. Beyond helped and made sure I got in my desired car 10 out 10 service. Will be continuing doing business with them in the future.
March 25, 2024 and March 28, 2024 and oil change, CVT Fluid changed and front brake overhaul. I had a better time with service this time. Hence I increased rating to 4. PS...the battery replaced last year, the very same battery I found corresion on the post was now found defective, replaced and covered under warranty. I told the service advisor "that's because you didn't change it a year ago (at 4 yrs)." He claims not possible. I dropped the rating a tad, last I was in I had to go back twice immediately after visit... oil minder not reset and piece of plastic hood trim sticking up. The brake fluid was changed and apparently to access the brake fluid the tech moved the plastic trim, but forgot it and closed the hood. Service department is criminal. Honda fit battery (380 CCA), one of the smallest and cheapest batteries on the market. Charged $600 to swap out. You should be ashamed.
