Terrible service and attention. The service manager discriminated against me, saying the noise on my 2026 CRV is normal and that I shouldn't come back because he wouldn't accept the vehicle since there's nothing wrong with it and the noise is normal; I should just get used to it after 700 miles.
Salesman are fine. Buying the car was fine. But everytime I bring my car in for service- I’m being upsold. I replaced a tire myself a week prior and the guy in a flat bill tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires… Said he noticed I had one mis matched but it “looks like it’s about due” That tire was one week old.
I cannot give enough stars! The experience we had with Jay and crew in service and Vonda and crew in the body shop are unlike any I’ve ever had with a dealership. I’m traditionally a pretty skeptical person with service departments, but these folks went above and beyond by finding discounts and recalls to help with the cost as well as finding efficient repairs that would be really cheap while they were already inside the engine on the insurance companies dime. We bought a car from here 2 years ago. We got the Wyler care for free oil changes, etc I went for one of my oil changes, and called to make an appointment for my other one now they have no record of my past oil change or my Wyler care. We was going to get my daughter a car from here I believe we’re going to find a new dealership for her car since this place doesn’t keep records or their word
