We knew what we wanted when we went in. Josh helped us through the whole process. He worked to keep us within our budget. He was professional, understanding, and kind.
Called to say exactly which car we were coming to look at, they sent us directions, got there and they had loaned out the car. No one knew what was going on and they left us sitting waiting until I went to ask what was happening. The girl walked out with us, with her purse on as she tools us the car was loaned out. Was not even concerned that we drove all the way there after we talked to her about it beforehand.
