I only came here because I have WylerCare and needed an oil change. I have a Chevy Silverado which is a diesel and called ahead to make sure they could do that there since Cadillac usually doesn’t have diesel and they said that was fine. I went in at 4:30 and by 4:36 I got a message stating my DEF fluid is empty and needs filled which I knew was incorrect as we had just checked it before bringing it in. I have been driving a Cadillac Escalade for over 15 years and this dealership is the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. Been calling for a month to get my prepaid service done on my car and NO ONE will return my calls. I spent $100,000 on a car and am being treated like dirt. This place should be shut down immediately. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Do not buy a car from here
