My husband and I went to this dealership to find a very specific CT 5. We soon found out it had very recently sold. Alex and his team were able to find an identical car a lot further away. They made it happen without any issues! The whole process was seamless and I can’t thank them enough for making my dream car happen!
This dealership made it so easy to purchase with their managers communicationg on group text. I had an issue getting veehicle picked up and delivered as promised in deal. They did reach out and humbly appologized and got vehicle loaded. The delay costed a 1 star howver the appolgy gained them 3 stars. Great group, will purchase here again!
Do not buy cadilac it’s trash And all these dealers don’t even have parts for them
They are trying hard to make things right with me I give them that. After a 3rd times my wheels are finally balanced but still a slight vibration, they did an alignment and told me they had a 2nd mechanic drive me truck and say it was good… it’s not even close to being aligned. Steering wheel was off center to right before taking it in now it’s off to left and pulls to right pretty bad. I’m a heavy duty mechanic as well and can honestly say 1 or both mechanics drove my truck hard and braked really hard in my truck. I’d advis... read more
