They are trying hard to make things right with me I give them that. After a 3rd times my wheels are finally balanced but still a slight vibration, they did an alignment and told me they had a 2nd mechanic drive me truck and say it was good… it’s not even close to being aligned. Steering wheel was off center to right before taking it in now it’s off to left and pulls to right pretty bad. I am very, very upset about this location I went there in January and ordered a brand new car. The salesman said it will take 8 weeks and no deposit needed. Since then, I have called too many times every time I talk to someone they say another 8 weeks. Today is August 4th i called again and i spoke to Steven He also said 8 weeks The guy was not professional at all. He started arguing with me All I wanted is a new car
