Typical shady car-salesman bull crap. Bought my car from here in 2015 with the promise of 9.99 lifetime oil changes (literally in the contract). Went yesterday for my routine oil change and got told that “Wyler is no longer honoring that price. It is now 10 years because of the economy”. Mind you… this is literally in the contract for LIFETIME. Then get asked if I just want to continue to get my oil changed since I’m already there for full price. Umm no. If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought my 2020 Kia Sorento brand new from Jeff Wyler Kia five years ago, and ever since 60,000 miles I’ve had nothing but oil problems. Now at 120,000 miles, the issues are worse than ever. I’ve already gone through a failed oil consumption test and even an overnight carbon soak that did absolutely nothing. My daughter took the car in for a wyler care service oil change, during the service I myself received a phone call for a 69.99 air filter change and told them I would do it, BUT I never received a phone call when they talked my daughter into a $700++++ service upgrade!!!!! 4 wheel alignment that needs tire within the next 5 thousand miles (pointless) a brake fluid change because it was almost to 30 thousand miles service point and didn't test the fluid or did it show signs of being bad or need changed. Days of calling and leaving messages just to never get a call back. Brand new car that I can't drive and can't get ahold of anyone to have it repaired under warranty.
I currently have 3 Kia’s all from Wyler Kia. When my Sorrento recently started shaking and not accelerating well I immediately called here for service. The check engine light was on so clearly I need help. The person who answered my call asked me if the light was on and said they could get me scheduled for February 17th. Today was January 29th.
