Wasn't a good experience with the service department. It took us 5 days to get a rental car, it was ridiculous. We took time out of 2 of our days to go to the dealership with no rental. After telling them we are going to just take our 2024 Chevy Colorado back and if we get into an accident it would be on them, they changed their minds and gave us a rental but not without another disagreement. Honest, Upfront! Very professional and responsive. Jason in the service department was the tech who handled my service. Nothing but high praise for him and the rest of the staff here. I definitely will return for all my service needs.
Service dep. Is a joke. Don't ever buy a Chevy.
