Customer service sucks! No one will pick up here and if you leave your name and number you will not get a call back. No one cares or has sense enough. I have tried multiple days at different times. Just utterly ridiculous. But maybe this is a sign to not bring my vehicle here because who wants continued frustration.
I have been dealing with them for about 5 months with my car not wanting to start . I have a warranty with them and most of my parts have been cover . The first time I took it to them was for not wanting to start , which turns out was the starter . They told me it should be done in a few days . Well my person dealing with my car was Jt , he never once called me to tell me anything about my car.
