They damaged my rim when putting new tires on my Jeep Cherokee Outlander. I had a flat tire, and got all new tires. They said I damaged the rim, so I also bought new rim. When finished, I drove out of garage and a tire on opposite was causing it to drive off kilter. They obviously did not test drive it before giving in back to me, bc it was extremely noticeable the minute I drove off. I scheduled appointment to test drive a New Pacifica when I got there after driving an hour and half and confirming the day before the auto was not there I was told two different stories but why schedule a test drive and confirm it when the auto is not there and all they can say is sorry sorry don’t cover the time 3 hrs round trip and cost of fuel
