My wife went to buy a brake caliper for her jeep and the way the parts people talked to her because she is a woman made her feel really bad and she said she won't go back there ever again. They didn't even give her the complete part. They should have told her it didn't come with a brake pad bracket and should've taken the old bracket off and given it back to her for me to use, but since she is a woman they told her that's the part she needed and that was that. If I could put negative stars I would. My wife went in for an oil change and they told her she had a coolant leak and refused to tell her if it was safe for her to drive. They also tried to sell her a part that doesn't exist. When I called about this the gentleman who helped her was rude and denied this.

Wyler Care is a SCAM! I purchased the Wyler Care package with my truck. What they don’t tell you is that they have an expiration date that occurs before you can use the appointments. So, when you try to redeem them they want upsell you a new package with no credit on what you already purchased. I scheduled my service appointment, so they had ample opportunity to inform me of their shady sales scheme. Instead they let me take the day off work and drive one hour to their location. Waste of time for everyone.
