Adam Gettys got me into a absolute beast of a Ram I didn't even know was made. Even worked out a dealer trade and drove me 20 minutes away to pick it up. This is my 3rd purchase here and will continue to due business. Buying new is so much better then buying used. I came in about a year ago and discussed my trade. After bringing in my 2021 ram (that still has powertrain warranty) I was told I would need to pay $1800 in tear down and a knocking engine would may or may not be covered. Why have a powertrain warranty when the dealership will not honor it or help in any regard. Definitely will never be back here again.
