Stopped in to buy a Jeep. Finance was working out a deal but the appt was taking longer than expected to I had to leave due to another appt. The salesman Spencer Burress informed me he’d give me a call. 6pm rolls around and no response. Mind you my appt was scheduled for 10am that morning. I set him a text that evening around 6pm asking for an update. No response. The next day rolls around, still no response. I had to call him and request an update. Adam Gettys got me into a absolute beast of a Ram I didn't even know was made. Even worked out a dealer trade and drove me 20 minutes away to pick it up. This is my 3rd purchase here and will continue to due business. Buying new is so much better then buying used. I came in about a year ago and discussed my trade. The time wasn't right so Adam directed me and said not now but here's what you do. That's the kind of person I'd want on my staff. Thanks again Adam. Till next time.
After bringing in my 2021 ram (that still has powertrain warranty) I was told I would need to pay $1800 in tear down and a knocking engine would may or may not be covered. Why have a powertrain warranty when the dealership will not honor it or help in any regard. Definitely will never be back here again.
