BEWARE OF THE SALES MANAGER DREW....I contacted Jeff Wyler regarding a vehicle and was told to fill out a credit app on a Tuesday. Wednesday morning I filled it out and let the sales manager know that it was filled out thinking he would run my credit if I liked the vehicle. On my way there that afternoon I started getting contacted that a hard check on my credit was done. Went to get service on my Nissan before I went in I marked to left front tire to assure that my tires were rotated. When brought back out I noticed they were not rotated and asked if they were. The assistant svc manager Phoenix Straub told me they had been changed and when I challenged him his only response is how did you know that they were not rotated. This place is an absolute joke. Help yourself and find anywhere else. Had a service appointment, dropped the car and walked around for 3 hours. Came back only to find our car in the same place, and it hadn't been touched. Not once were we contacted about a delay. How simple to make a quick phone call so we could have decided hour 1 what we wanted to do. 3 hours of wasted time to drive away with no service. I can not express enough my distaste for everything about this location.
