My first visit for swallowing problems and hoarseness went well with Dr Willis. However; when visit was over I was left in the room not knowing if I should leave or if someone was coming back to give me my prescription and schedule a swallow study. I left the room with nobody saying a word and went home totally confused. I thought they would call me back but they didn't. Dr. Jeff Willis did an excellent job at reviewing my gastroenterology life changing issues. He was very helpful with medications and my concern for natural remedies including acupuncture. My endoscopy went well and out of 3 other doctors he was the most compassionate and caring. After being a healthcare provider for over 30 years I have not been very satisfied with the doctors for GI issues, however he was very understanding and listened to me without constantly looking at his watch.
