Staff is friendly but you NEED to check your paperwork. I wanted a car removed from my policy so we called and they said all was taken care of it took 3 months of calls and refunds for them to get it right. We just went to port and have been happy ever since.

My husband and I both had policies with State Farm from before we got together and decided to merge. I talked with my office (Coudersport) and they moved his policy over. I specifically told the lady that I wanted his policy to match mine and she confirmed this once it was done (which took 6 weeks, seemed ridiculously long!) Fast forward a year and we need to file a claim and come to find out my husband's policy was re-written and he was given a $0 deductible, which made his monthly payment higher.
