Booked in for a valet service and no one showed up. Blamed the online booking system although they did confirm my car was booked in. Confirmation emails all confirmed my booking with valet service. For a team that supposedly prides itself in providing personal and efficient service you showed none of that, and your customer service was quite uncaring. Back to Wignalls in Mornington for me.
