Frankston fords service and attention to customers is impeccable
I haven't even bought a car here yet, but I just had to leave a review based on customer service alone! I'm based in QLD and obviously there is a lot to consider when purchasing interstate. Brian and Ben happily answered my 45 minutes worth of questions with complete transparency and didn't push me into anything. Lovely people, a welcome change from the absolute horror stories I read about used car dealerships. :)
I was fortunate enough to have Sarah in the service department look after one of our 18 fleet cars. Her attention to detail and communication was above excellent. Thanks for looking after me , the fleet we run and the hiccups endured with the unique situation with my car. Back on the road now and very happy. Cheers Sarah.
