Insurance renewal notification came in the mail, I called to ask some information regarding one of the policies and received no return phone call. I had previously used State Farm for many years but when I relocated to TN the office I chose was not very efficient and neglected a few important deals, which lead me to Farm Bureau. I've had Jeff White State Farm for over 4yrs now and Christian helped and guided me into getting my car towed and assisted on helping me into a rental so my vehicle could be repaired. The ppl at State Farm are nice and very knowledgeable and I truly am grateful to have such an awesome insurance company that cares about their clients.
