Well I'd sincerely like to thank Jeff White jnr, snr, and team for stepping up and contacting me following my review. It seems this absolutely isn't the case and vauxhall misled me into believing this is how they operate. I did think it was a bit much but they were really convincing! Anyway, to resolve the issue they invited me back with the car so they could see what was going on, and gave me a courtesy car for free whilst investigating for which I was very grateful.
