I have never been ignored so hard by a company I am trying to pay. I have been with State Farm for 6 years and have had no issues until I moved to Washington and switched to this branch. Amanda Gibbons is terrible at communicating and responding to customers. I have been trying to get my new vehicle insured for a month and she hasn’t responded to one of my emails or phone calls. Brett is running a wonderful operation here in Snoqualmie, and his kindness cannot be understated. The office cat was so welcoming and beautiful, and it made our day to sign the guest book and collect free stickers after the loving cat instructed us where to sign. Thank you.
