I reached out to them and she called me right away, I had everything set up and then said no nevermind I’m going back to the company I had for 13 years. Then I came back and she still had everything. They offered way more than what I had with my other insurance. She made it easy and went above and beyond. The people who work in the office are extremely nice, they will work with you, but they offer more for the same price as your insurance. I’m so happy I switched
