I really appreciate Jeff and his team Kristin Martin is definitely my go-to agent I signed up with her in 2017 been there ever since not only do my cars last but her good service continues. Toby Bishop has unfailingly provided 5-star customer service on every aspect of insurance needs I have had over the years. He is one of the reasons I have stayed with Jeff Traudt and State Farm.
I’ve had Insurance with him for eight years. I had homeowners for almost 3 years. I found out this year that my homeowners was not valid because of something the agent did that was not legal. That means if anything would’ve happened to my house, it would not been paid and the agent doesn’t look over policies because if he did, he would’ve noticed that was incorrect.
