I have always used Jeff Traudt And his office for all of my insurance needs. They have always been very attentive, helpful, And kind. I worked with Toby, mostly and he has always given me a very professional and knowledgeable experience.
Quick, responsive and friendly. Toby was a great help when i was on the receiving end in a recent parking lot crash and dash. I've been a policy holder through Jeff for close to 20 years and never had an issue with service.
If you want high rates, the run around and to be laughed at when you have a serious question, by all means get a policy through them. Otherwise use a different agent. Kristin is not a nice person. Don't do it ❌❌❌ negative Stars
