I highly recommend Jeff. He was easy to work with, very responsive, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Great experience.
Jeff was paid a flat rate of $2295 for our probate case. His payment was in full. The day of our closing, he added an extra $200 to our HUD statement for coordination fees that he never did. I physically drove to the clerk of courts to pick up the probate paperwork necessary to close. I paid for the paperwork myself and then I hand-delivered the paperwork to the title company.
