I can't share enough good things about Jeff and his team! I was so apprehensive about joining a gym and now I wish I would have sooner. Everyone here is wonderful. I have been going for two months and already feel stronger. Thank you, Jeff, and team for such a wonderful space to work out!!

Skilled and attentive staff. I love the small group training atmosphere. This gymis unique in that, although the group may all be doing the same exercises, each participant's program is modified to meet their specific needs individual's (strength, training goals, injuries). I moved to Hartland a while back and tried a local gym, but decided that the drive is worth the JTF experience!
