Hands down the WORST INSURANCE AGENT IN ALEXANDRIA MN!!!! AFTER A YEAR OF BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH NO CLAIMS, THEY DOUBLED MY BILL, REFUSED TO EXPAIN IT!!! AND NOW REFUSE TO REFUND MY $ AS I HAVE GONE TO SODERHOLM INSURANCE FOR BETTER INSURANCE!!!! THEY ARE ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST!!!! I HAVE TRIED TO DEAL WITH BOTH OF THEM PERSONALLY TO OBTAIN MY REFUND BUT THEY CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT 2 FULL MONTHS AFTER CANCELLING MY INSURANCE!!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! PLEASE NO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE TIM AGENCY.
