Good customer service... better policy pricing!
Unfortunately, Jeff and team have been less than helpful. I was with Jeff for years and never once had a conversation with them. Donna was the bright spot and great resource. Once I reduced some of my coverage with his agency, they refused to answer the phone, return emails, or provide any sort of help. Just recently, I was checking the status of one of my policies and come to find they never sent me a renewal leaving me exposed to loss.
