I have been trying to reach the agent to resolve the problem but couldn't reach him for more than 2 weeks.Even customer care tried reaching him but no luck. due to this I have to pay penalty of 15$ to my apartment. I wasn't expecting this from this company. I may not consider extending my insurance in the following years.
