Jeff has never once in all of the years and we’re talking 20+ has he ever reached out to me? I have never spoken to him directly since the day I bought all of my policies I have never been able to reach him personally I have car insurance with him homeowners insurance and $1 million liability policy he has never picked up the phone or personally returned my calls
I have been trying to reach the agent to resolve the problem but couldn't reach him for more than 2 weeks.Even customer care tried reaching him but no luck. due to this I have to pay penalty of 15$ to my apartment. I wasn't expecting this from this company. I may not consider extending my insurance in the following years.
