I had an amazing experience! The service was fast, professional, and super efficient. It was only one guy who came, but he handled everything perfectly and got the couch ready in under 20 minutes. Jeff and Charles did exactly I wanted them to do. They made moving look easy. Super friendly and nice. Although I had requested a truck so we don’t have to make many trips we made due with what we had. Jeff’s prices are very reasonable and I would use him again if I need to move. Who is Aura?

I cannot say enough good things about my recent move from Southeast Michigan to Traverse City, Michigan! From start to finish, this moving company exceeded every expectation. I would have given 5 stars but… The guys came ready to work which is always a great thing. They DID NOT slow down or lollygag. They were ready. I didn’t like that they smelled like cigarettes and cologne, that’s not a good mix, but they were personable and again they came ready to get it done! The thing that got me upset is the fee for heavy item because it didn’t mention stove, fridge, washer, dryer.. normally those are standard within the move. I had a fantastic experience with Jeff and his team, Xadrion and Tre, during my recent move.
