They did an excellent job restoring our 9x12 area rug. The team arrived right on time for pickup, carefully rolled the rug, and took it to their shop for a deep rug cleaning treatment. I was very impressed with the carpet cleaning service. It is really hard to keep carpet clean with a toddler, a teenager, and a house full of men, so the traffic areas were very worn and looked extremely dirty. Our carpet is older and was close to needing replacement, but after the deep cleaning, stain treatment, and attention to the sofas and chairs, it looks so much better and feels fresh again.
