Preston and his assistant were fantastic, very detailed, and shared really helpful carpet care tips. I especially appreciated the doorway cover they used while running their hoses, which helped keep my home private and more comfortable during the carpet and upholstery cleaning. I recently had the bedroom carpet and six upholstered chairs cleaned by Jeff & Sons Carpet Cleaning Service, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. Trenton arrived on time, explained the carpet cleaning process before starting, went over the price clearly, and did the work exactly as promised.
