My first visit for service was a great experience, which is why I decided to return. Unfortunately, my second visit was very disappointing. The service advisor was dismissive and gave me attitude with nearly every response. It felt like he was arguing with me for no reason. All I needed was for the car to be taken in, inspected, and for someone to let me know what needed to be done.
The vehicles look good online but bad in person. The vehicles were fixed with economy parts and full of rust. not worth the asking prices.
Paul and Samantha are the most pleasant people to work with. They treated me fair and with respect. They have great knowledge of the vehicle they sell. Thanks again
