RecommendedI have been coming to this shop for past 15 years or so. Always satisfied with quality and efficiency of work done. Although, I appreciate that they are following guidelines put by insurance companies, I could truly use their expertise on something I asked their help with, they didn’t. The owner did give me verbal tip on how I could do it myself. Great place otherwise!
A wonderful experience. Communication was prompt and professional, Collision Craft handled rental return and insurance adjuster and the car, when complete, was cleaner than it had been since it was new!

I just picked my baby up from Jeff Shaw’s and it’s is flawless. It’s like the damage never happened. Not expensive at all for the quality of work. The best part is that they are so customer oriented and I love that. Andrew (the estimator) was very kind, courteous and honest. Collision Craft is the best auto body shop around. When I asked Jeff if he could give my car a facelift from a 435 luxury line to a modded M-sport he did so with meticulous attention to detail.. every nut and bolt . Nobody would take on this task and certainly wouldn't achieve the flawless result of his patient work. Thanks Jeff!
The best shop that I have ever had my thick repaired at They are better then any dealers body shop you will ever go to There body shop dose the job right and your car or truck will look better then new they are a true number one body shop
My wife had a blowout on Monument Street and this shop was the closest for her to pull over in. The guy that came out was worried about us ruining his asphalt by jacking up the vehicle. He very arrogant and rude!! I would never recommend this place to anyone just because of his rudeness!!
Probably the best service I've had in any industry. 2 of my cars were rear ended in the same accident, both classic BMWs. From dealing with the other driver's insurance to sourcing parts and doing excellent work, Jeff and the team saved our cars. I cannot recommend them and thank them enough.
