Highly recommend this company. Jeff took our dated yellow ranch house and gave it new life with fresh exterior paint. Lovely bright and white. He worked M-F, showed up every day when he said he would. Worked quickly and quietly, our FL ranch home needed some repairs to the stucco and the gutters and soffit were all mildew stains etc. He patched and repaired the areas that needed it and used mildew killer cleaner stuff on our gutters etc before painting. We have used Schneider painting in the past for a couple small jobs such as painting a bedroom, some baseboard, and painting outside concrete landscape border and small areas over garage. The landscape border and garage area needed repainting. A small job that would take one partial day to power wash and paint. I sent Schneider a text and also talked to him on April 21, 2021.
