Really happy with my purchase! Went in to buy a zero turn I found on line used and the guys did a great job asking what my needs were and steered me in a much better direction, and a hell of a deal! Got a new Ferris ISX800 leftover with a great deal. What a machine, huge upgrade from my 15yo Ferris I had. Appreciate the whole team for their honestly, integrity and offering to deliver the machine to me. This is the spot for all your outdoor equipment needs!!!!
My experience is only with the service/parts department, so I can't speak for the sales/finance departments at all. The service and parts department are very kind and helpful and willing to help talk through problems you are experiencing and give you ideas of things to try on your own. They are always very pleasant. The sub-optimal rating is just due to the actual effectiveness of the service department in identifying issues and knowing what to fix. Dropped off three lawn mower blades. They called two days later saying the blades were ready for pickup. Price was reasonable and they were very friendly.
