Very polite and professional office staff that took more than exceptional care of my vehicle and me during the process! After having every panel on my passenger side replaced and painted... my vehicle looks better than when I purchased it new! If I could give this place -193838282 STARS, I SURE WOULD! Took my car here because I got hit in Sam’s Club parking lot & this is where USAA said to take it. So I trusted their word. I got my car back after a little over a week and a half. When I picked up my car, and drove off, my tires seemed to be extremely low on pressure. This shop is the worst shop you can get your car fixed at. I had dropped my car off to get fixed after a rear end accident and this is the condition of my car when I got it back. It was a $14,000 repair and this is the way they treat their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND you going to them. If I could I would give them 0 stars. The car still has gaps on the back bumper and side panels. It all looks cheap as well.
I wrecked my car. Missy and Macy in the body shop went out of their way to handle it quickly. They were very sympathetic and helpful. They explained the process, even calling me to give me updates. It is so nice to have people on your side when you are struggling through an accident. I am grateful.
