Jeff Savage is awesome. He was available by phone or text whenever we needed advice or an update on the interest rates. He kept us informed about the next steps throughout the process. His team was able to handle the paperwork with Foxit and everything was digital. Jeff worked directly with my builder and title company. If you’re not working with Jeff, you’re doing it wrong.
Jeff was so friendly and helpful from beginning to end! He started helping us before we even found a property! He educated us on our loan and walked us through every step of the way! He has even offered his continued support as we navigate our new loan and corresponding account! His processing and underwriting team were also great to work with - made things quick and easy!
Jeff was our loan officer and went the extra mile to make sure we were able to get a VA loan with an interest rate lower than the market rate. He was always in touch with us and made sure we followed through with all of the required documents. He was also very available day or night if we had to call with any questions or concerns. Best loan officer EVER!
